With over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer and 23 years as a certified massage therapist, I possess a unique blend of expertise in physical training and injury rehabilitation. As a seasoned youth pastor since 2013, I also understand the importance of mental and emotional well-being in achieving optimal performance.

 

My mission as a trainer is to empower athletes to reach their full potential through a holistic approach that integrates strength, agility, and mental focus. Through my Pursuit of Excellence program, I strive to foster a culture of excellence, resilience, and teamwork, guiding athletes to become the best version of themselves.

I pride myself on delivering personalized, evidence-based guidance that cuts through the noise of misinformation and empowers my clients to make lasting, positive changes.

Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including professional athletes, recreational sports teams, and individuals at various fitness levels. My approach is rooted in understanding each client’s unique needs, whether their goal is to build strength, enhance performance, or optimize their nutrition for peak results. I believe that fitness is not just about hard work but also about strategy, consistency, and making informed choices.
